PRODUCT DESIGN

We will design the product as per customers sample or drawing,just send us a sketch ,sample or idea , we can design for you .

CASTING PATTERN MAKING

After Drawing finish , we will make foam pattern for casting by CNC machine ,which is fast and more accurate.

CNC MACHINING

After casting , we will CNC machine the casting moulds , we have 10 CNC machines , the biggest size mould we can cast and machining is 6x2 meters size .

SURFACE TREATMENT

After CNC machining , next step is mould polishing and texture , we can do simple polish , mirror polish ,regarding texture , we can do sandblasting and some special surface ,like wooden ,stone texture etc .
